How I work
How I Work
A clear explanation of Neuro Archetypes, my author's ANS mapping method, what this work is and is not, and what the first step looks like.
I do not work from generic advice about nervous system regulation. I work from the specific pattern your system uses under pressure, the places where nervous system capacity narrows, and the concrete way leadership under pressure is being shaped by that state.
That is why my work combines somatic mentoring, neuro leadership mentoring, Neuro Archetypes and my author's ANS mapping method. The point is not another concept. The point is a clearer starting map and a more honest next step.
What a Neuro Archetype is
A Neuro Archetype is not a personality label and not an esoteric test. It is a working map of how your autonomic nervous system tends to organize under pressure, where it loses energy, how it detects threat and what kind of safety helps it regulate again.
What my author's ANS mapping method is
My author's ANS mapping method is the practical framework behind the work. It connects nervous system capacity, Neuro Archetypes, leadership under pressure and somatic mentoring so that the pattern becomes usable rather than abstract. I do not work from templates. I look for the specific way your system activates, overfunctions, freezes or protects.
What this work is not
- it is not crisis care or psychiatric care
- it is not generic executive coaching
- it is not a fast biohack designed to keep the same unsustainable baseline running
Who this work is for
This work is for founders, leaders and high-performing professionals who function on the outside but have lost inner capacity, clarity or aliveness. It is especially relevant when outward competence no longer matches the internal state you are living from.
What the first step looks like
The first step is an initial consultation. We map your present pattern, identify what is central, and clarify whether the next step is a one-off direction, a short cycle of work or private neuro leadership mentoring over a longer arc.
FAQ
Do you use the same method with everyone?
No. The framework is consistent, but the way it is used depends on your pattern, your nervous system capacity and what leadership under pressure is costing you right now.
Why explain the method this clearly?
Because both people and search systems need to understand exactly whom this work helps, what problem it addresses, what makes it different and where the next step leads.
What if I do not want a long program?
That is fine. The first step is still the same: book an initial consultation and get a more precise reading before deciding anything further.
