The rules for our work together: the Individual Analysis and the Core setup and Deep Transformation mentoring.

1Service provider

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between me (the "provider") and you (the "client") in the provision of the services offered on harmonyconstellation.com. They apply to clients who are consumers as well as to businesses. Provisions that apply only to consumers are marked as such.

2Nature of the services

I offer the following services:

• Individual Analysis: one 90-minute session online or in person, including the evaluation of the intake form and a written individual plan,
• Core setup: two-month individual mentoring,
• Deep Transformation: six-month individual mentoring.

The scope, price and length of each service are described on the Individual Analysis and Partnership pages. Mentoring starts with the Individual Analysis.

The services are educational and personal development services. They are not medical, psychiatric, psychological or psychotherapeutic care, diagnosis or crisis intervention, and they do not replace the care of a doctor, psychologist or psychotherapist. The client is responsible for their own decisions and health. If the client is receiving treatment or going through a serious mental or physical health difficulty, they will tell me in advance. In an acute crisis, please contact a doctor or the emergency services (112).

I work with care and professionally, but I cannot guarantee a specific result. Change also depends on the client, their situation and capacity.

3Ordering and conclusion of the contract

Individual Analysis: the client fills in the intake form on the website. Submitting the form is an enquiry, not a binding contract. I get in touch personally via WhatsApp or e-mail and offer dates. The contract is concluded when the client confirms a specific date and I send a confirmation of the date and price by message or e-mail.

Mentoring: after the Individual Analysis we agree together whether and in what form we continue. The contract is concluded when the format, price, payment method and start date are confirmed by message or e-mail.

I may decline an enquiry, in particular if the service does not suit the client's needs (for example if they need healthcare). The contract is concluded in Czech or English. I do not archive it separately; it consists of these Terms and the confirmation messages available to the client.

The client must be over 18 years of age.

4Price and payment

The prices shown on the website on the day the contract is concluded apply. I am not a VAT payer; prices are final.

• The client pays by bank transfer based on an invoice or payment details I send. The Individual Analysis is paid before the session unless agreed otherwise.
• Mentoring can be paid in full or in the instalments shown on the website (Core setup 2 instalments, Deep Transformation 3 instalments). Instalment dates are confirmed when the contract is concluded.
• If we continue with mentoring within 30 days of the Individual Analysis, I deduct the full price of the analysis from the price of the mentoring.
• The client bears their own internet or phone costs.

5Sessions and dates

Sessions take place online (video call) or in person as agreed. If the client cannot attend, they let me know as soon as possible, at least 24 hours in advance, and we reschedule free of charge. In case of later cancellation or a no-show, the session is considered to have taken place unless we agree otherwise. If I cancel a session, I offer a new date, and if it does not suit the client, I refund the price paid for that session.

6Right of withdrawal (consumers only)

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion. Just send me a clear statement, for example by e-mail. You may use the model form at the end of these Terms, but you do not have to. The deadline is met if you send the statement before it expires.

• If you withdraw, I refund all payments received within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.
• Service starting within the withdrawal period: if you expressly ask me to start the service within the 14-day period (for example an Individual Analysis date within 14 days) and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the services provided up to the withdrawal.
• Service fully provided: if the service was fully provided within the period at your express request (for example the Individual Analysis has taken place), the right of withdrawal ends. I will inform you of this in advance when confirming the date.

7Ending the collaboration

After the withdrawal period, mentoring can be ended by mutual agreement. Serious reasons on the client's side (for example health) are handled individually and fairly. I may end the collaboration if continuing is not in the client's interest (for example they need healthcare) or if the client seriously breaches these Terms. If I end the collaboration for reasons on my side, I refund a proportionate part of the price for services not provided.

8Complaints

If a service was not provided as agreed, write to me without undue delay at the e-mail above, describing what happened and what you propose. I will handle the complaint as soon as possible, within 30 days at the latest, and confirm both its receipt and its resolution. If the complaint is justified, I offer a replacement session or a reasonable discount. Consumers have rights for defective performance under the Czech Civil Code.

9Out-of-court dispute resolution

A consumer may file a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), ADR department, Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr. Compliance with consumer protection obligations is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.gov.cz); trade licensing matters by the competent Trade Licensing Office.

10Confidentiality and personal data

Everything the client shares with me stays between us. I process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11Copyright

The materials the client receives (map, written plan, exercises, recordings, the Neuroarchetypes method) are protected by copyright and are for the client's personal use only. They may not be shared, published or used commercially without my consent. Sessions are not recorded without the consent of both parties.

12Final provisions

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Czech law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence. I may change these Terms; a concluded contract is governed by the version in force on the day of its conclusion. This English version is a translation; the Czech version prevails.
